A sequence from the model
Foundations, frame, envelope, fit-out — storey by storey, from what's actually in the IFC. Edit it in the Gantt: drag bars, set durations, link tasks, add what the model doesn't know about.

Trades, people, progress
Put a trade and a crew on each task. They update their own work from a phone, and the plan is re-forecast from the pace they're actually setting.
What's in it, and what it costs
Counts, lengths, areas and volumes taken from the model — read from the file where it says, measured off the shapes where it doesn't, and always marked which. Put your own rates against them and you have an estimate that reprices itself on the next revision.
Checks before it costs you
Work planned before what holds it up, elements that clash, and concrete or masonry planned on days the forecast says will be too cold. Issues go back to the designers as BCF.
