What counts as a company
A workspace. One company, one price, however many people and projects are in it. Site crews updating their own tasks on a phone cost nothing extra, which is the point: a tool the crews don't use tells you nothing about what really happened.
Who doesn't pay
Anyone you share a model with. A public read-only link lets a client, architect or owner see the schedule, the dates and the 3D build without an account and without paying. Guests you invite to one model are free too. You pay for the people planning the work, not for the people watching it.
How it compares
| Tool | Typical price | What that buys |
|---|---|---|
| Kramik | CAD $99 / month | Whole company, unlimited projects |
| Site apps (per seat) | $40–60 / person / month | A 12-person team costs several hundred a month |
| 4D scheduling suites | $200+ / seat / month | One planner's desk, plus training |
| Full construction platforms | Thousands a month | Everything, once you've paid for setup |
Kramik does one job — getting the assembly order right and keeping everyone on it — and charges one price for the whole company.
Questions
What happens after the trial?
Fourteen days, no card. When it ends, your models stay exactly as they are and go read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Can I get my work out?
Yes, at any time: the 4D IFC (an open standard any BIM tool reads), the schedule as Excel or CSV, issues as BCF, and printed Gantts. Your model is your model.
Do you charge per project?
No. Run as many as you like.
What about very large models?
Models of a few thousand elements are comfortable today. If you work with merged Revit exports of tens of thousands of elements, talk to us first — that needs a bigger machine, and we'd rather set your expectations than take your money.
Is my data safe?
Backups run after every change and are kept offsite for 30 days, with daily disk snapshots for 14 days. Your models are only visible to your workspace and to whoever you share a link with.
Who's behind it?
Terraforged Co-op. Kramik (क्रमिक, "step by step") is built by people who build.
Prices in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Billing is handled by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
